A $2.00 per payment fee charged by the bank is added to your dues expense. Dues can be paid annually or quarterly in advance.
* Spectrum bulk basic internet service - $1,152.48 annually ($96.04 monthly).

Additional internet services available for added fees.
* Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club Social Membership Fee - $593.84 Per Quarter.  
* To the left is the Architectural Change Form that is required to be submitted for any exterior changes to your home or yard.  All changes must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee before work can be started.
* We provide you with additional information, events and tools to help support a better community.
* Click on Resident List on the top row of the Main Page, a password is required to access the list.
* On the left is a list of favorite vendors and restaurants that have been submitted by residents.
* Reviews:  Want to submit a great restaurant or a vendor/service that can assist members of the community? Tell us about it by clicking the "Submit a Review" button and share your review. It can be added to the list for all to see and support.
